Though I do admit several thousand farads of capicator would be nice.. They tend to have high internal leakage and that kind of limits their worth for long-term power storage.
Of course, I know more than one person working on a TV that had been unpluged for over 3 days who got 'Bit' by the high voltage cap in the TV.. (Folks that circuit is not big on current, but it can be several thousand volts).
Nothing like a long skinny Exelite screwdriver, a clip lead and grounding the anode to the aquadag. Then SNAP. Ahh those were the days.
