If it finds max power at 36V, then Imp = 220W/36V = 6.1A.
If it finds max power at 39V, then Imp = 220W/39V = 5.64A
Let's see, max power indicates VA. Delivery of the point of POWER PRODUCT ORIGIN on the MPPT is the only fact that is relevant. Power product origin is the maximum amount of potential WATTAGE that can be delivered to a storage battery.
Product specs are nice to read UNTIL people get the bright idea to use smoke and mirrors to prestidigitate irrelevant information. Heavy on the word irrelevant. Wattage available in the 12-14.5 volt and 24 - 29 volt range is all that most consumers wish to know or care about. This is useable power and not terawatt lumen availability on the surface of the sun grade idiocy.
