I agree that Phil should have kept his secret to himself. However Phil is not a newbie so he is safe and will not leave anything for a stranger to learn about the hard way.

One thing Phil might do is forget and plug in shore power or gen while the inverter is still powering the receptacles. Yipes 240v!!

So while Phil is out buying a new RV.... :)
