If the RV is always off the grid then there is a case to be made for dual battery banks and enough solar to complete charging either one.
Use both Monday through Friday with 50 to 85% recharges.
On Saturday recharge both and then switch so that solar does a 100% on Bank A
On Sunday recharge both and then switch so that solar does a 100% on Bank B.
I'd lean to 1.5 watts of panels for every 1 amp-hour of one bank.
The same strategy can be used for a once a month equalization (unless they are AGM jars).
Doing this would be, at moment, cheaper than shifting to LI.
