As I have noted in earlier posts, most people are doing manual balancing and setting voltage to 3.4 V per cell. If you can get Manuel to help you, that is even better.
Sorry, old joke. I was working as Peace Corps staff at the training camps Puerto Rico just before I got drafted in 1964. There was always a type sheet of what was going on like the Army: drownproofing, jungle survival, rock climbing etc. One day there was manual labor i.e. cleaning up the area, cleaning out undergrowth and there it was on the sheet "Manual Labor for two hours". Folks wanted to know who was this guy Manuel Labour and what was his subject of discussion.
