That site you referenced states that it shows "...How to perform initial LiFePo4 battery pack balancing using MiniBMS..."

I just glanced at it (found out the verb peruse I would have used, I have used incorrectly my entire life. It actually means "...to examine or consider with attention and in detail.." Words come into common usage and lose their original meaning)
