I found this enlightening;

SOC at a given voltage

Mena had mentioned charging at 13.6v. It appears that is a perfect charge voltage, in many cases. Apparently, there is very little to be gained at anything higher than 3.4 volts per cell.

This is very encouraging, when it comes to charging with a power supply such as the Mega Watt. At 13.6v, that is well within the PS's duty cycle.
