I keep reading about the need for bottom and top balancing, but am still unaware of how to do it?

What I have concluded is, if cells are way out of balance, this could decrease overall Ah capacity, significantly. As (mass) production of these cells increases, perhaps the most important quality control issue will be how closely individual cells are produced, within a given set of parameters, with the goal of balancing at the forefront.
