I've shampooed carpets, wiped down all surfaces, cleaned the AC with clorox, and she still says it smells. I CAN'T SMELL IT AT ALL, which makes finding the source that much harder.
I've thought of renting an ozone generator, but can't think of anything else to do.
Any suggestions?
