Well, all I can tell you is that FED-X started hauling heavier stuff and since then I have received some UPS stuff well over 70#. I'm no shipping weight expert, just my understanding that truck-freight is not the only shipping option.
I recently received a 15k A/C unit through UPS. I think it weighed 110#s.
I can't believe some people are already receiving their shipment. That's fast.
