thermally conductive epoxy

i am trying to find this thermally conductive epoxy that was posted on this forum about 6 months ago for a hot water heater adjustable thermostat. i have messaged a few people that were on the topic but they have not responded, so i thought i would check everyone. anyway, any one know where I can get this stuff etc. thank you.
  • It is not epoxy. It is a heat conducting grease or compound. They use it on heat sinks and transistors so Radio Shack should carry it. That being said, I have never run across it being used for an RV water heater Thermodisc application.

No, but it tells you the name of the person who posted it.
  • thanks for replies but done all that. the thread does not tell you where and what is the brand of the epoxy. all the searches go to websites where you have to buy direct and cost a fortune. artic silver seems like the best but when I went to buy it, the guy wasnt sure it would work for this project.

    any other leads?
