Doing a reset just lets the 12 button CCC "see" the AC control boards and the DIP switch settings. That's all it does. So, IF you have 2 zones and both were showing and you have NOT done a reset. IF Zone 2 has a malfunction in the communication cable or the control board, That zone will not stop showing. BUT, if there is a problem and you do a reset, then it will not see Zone 2 and not have it showing. That means the phone type COMM cable between Zone 1 and Zone 2 is having a problem. Did you mess with those phone type cables while troubleshooting your other problem? Doug
