OP
Style II is problem prone......ball drive assembly goes thru side of toilet and when it loses lubrication it starts jamming not allowing full return of ball
Can't re-lube w/o disassemble of foot lever which is PITA and not worth doing repeatedly
Folks described their issues and yet you want to stick with it so tear it apart/grease it then later on repeat.
OR buy new better toilet
