Super "Start" Marine battery can't be a good combination for deep cycling. Those batteries have reduced capacity, probably shot. You could try an equalization charge at 16 volts for two hours but I think you are looking for replacements. These marine combo start batteries are only a little better at deep cycling than a regular car battery.
Storage and letting the battery sit partially discharged is usually the culprit. Over cycling below 50% (12.1v) also pays a toll. Lead-acid prefers to be tip top 100% charged whenever possible. Also many converters never get above 13.6 volts where these batteries really want about 14.4 to 14.8 volts during actual recharge. A good solar controller will probably do a better job.
Also take a look at what the inverter is running. 10 to 25 amps sounds like inverter is powering the fridge or something. Your RV should idle at 2 to 4 amps max with the inverter on but no accessories. If you have incandescent lamps you really need to go LED that draw 1/10th the power.
