tire indention???
one of my hauler tires has an indention line running from tread to rim and in two places. is this a sign of tire failure?

No it's not a problem.
Funny thing though, high grade/dollar tires like Michelin's and Maxxiss never have them. (As was pointed out to me by my tire dealer)
