Skip valve "extenders". Spend the $ once and switch to Dually Valve STEMS. I use Borg - guess Camping World now carries them - I got mine direct. No chance of leak between extender and stem, since it it a single unit. Cost me $100 to get 7 metal stems installed at local (truck) tire dealer on our Sprinter - rear stems (4) were about $100. Now I can use my TST TPMS without trouble, tires are easy to air up if needed. Spare and front wheels just got regular metal stems from the shop. Money well spent in my opinion! ST
