Bottom line has already ben published above - They need to be close in age and as 'young' as you can get. Be sure to be at the dealer when the new ones come off the truck. I have known times when dealers purposely mounted tires with the date code facing IN so it was unreadable. Some of these guys are slime balls. My rule of thumb is to buy tires that DO NOT say made in China, tires that are less than 6 months old, and tires that match date codes for all 6 units.
