It's a lot like R&R of toilet in your stick built house.
Disconnect water feed line.
Remove the one nut on each side of the base.
Lift toilet out.
Be carefull while changing the blade seal. The parts up inside there, are spring loaded. Very easy to lose a part or two. Also, it's quite messy up in there.
