Before you jump to 'it must be broke'.......
99% of the time there is some minute small piece of tp paper stuck in the small place that blade has to go into preventing the blade to close tightly enough to prevent the water from leaking out.
Hold the blade open and take a soft brush and clean around the opening. Add a little bit of Vaseline to the blade and seal.
You just might find out you do NOT have to replace it.
