I have done Hot electrical service work, cutting in a new service or panel etc...

When you do that stuff, insulated tools mean keeping your life and limbs
I've seen some nasty electrical burns
You really don't want to be there when somebody shorts out a 277v panel and blows (3) 800 amp fuses on the Utily pole
