1. The difference in your LP is NORMAL. wall monitors that have 1/3 increments do not mix well with sending units(LP) that are usually in 1/4 increments. This has been true for 36 years
2. The problem with your Gray tank is NORMAL also:B You need to fill and flush at least 4 times to clean out the inside of the tank and then after the last fill/flush and drain, leave the valve open and the dump cap off for 24 hours. The tank will then read empty. Once it has had the metal probes flushed of the oily build up and allowed to dry it will read empty. SAME with a Black tank reading more than E when dumped. Doug
