toy hauler has convection oven I WANT GAS!!!!!!!!!!!

I do alot of boondocking and dont like to run gen set unless i have to. Any one else rep a lace convection oven with conventional one? Problems? easy swap? 2013 Rubicon 2100. Also...

I don't blame you for wanting an actual propane oven....what else works as well if off grid?

Total side note:

What is UP with all the electric appliances in trailers these days, anyway? It's like they think nobody ever strays from 50 amp hookups...
