toy hauler has convection oven I WANT GAS!!!!!!!!!!!

I do alot of boondocking and dont like to run gen set unless i have to. Any one else rep a lace convection oven with conventional one? Problems? easy swap? 2013 Rubicon 2100. Also...

Here's a better pic of the interior. No idea how you can get a propane oven in there without cabinet work.
