TPMS wiring
I just bought a new tpms & the dirictions for the monitor are to have one wire(red) connect to a constant 12 volt & a white wire to iginition & black to gnd. it works fine with red & white to ignition...

I have never seen a unit that loses the settings when unpowered and I really doubt one exists.
I would chalk it up to Chinglish.
