Trailer won't operate on plugged in power

Having a confounding problem. My Cougar RLS27 won't run on shore power, only on the batteries.

On my latest three day camping trip, when we plugged into the 30 amp outlet at the state park our trailer was read - no appliances, no 110 outlets. It would only run off of battery power. Before we left, we had the trailer plugged into a 110 circuit at home with no issues. We thought it might be the power converter, so when we got back I replaced it but no change. Interesting this is that it appears to have power at the breaker box. When I test from ground to all the breakers, I'm getting a 110 reading. Even getting power input to the converter.

Has anyone seen an issue like this and have a suggestion? Would really appreciate the help.

Thanks

Are you comfortable removing the front plate of your load center and delving within? Off hand, I'd say you have a connectivity issue.

Remove shore power cord from power source. Carry shore power cord male end into RV. With the front panel of the load center removed, you should see the neutral buss bar that has a few white wires held by screws into that bus bar. Place one meter lead onto the neutral prong of your shore power cord and the other meter lead onto the neutral bus in the load center. With a meter set to resistance, continuity, ohms, you should have complete continuity with nearly no resistance, maybe a fraction of an ohm. If there is no continuity, you have a problem within the cord (most likely) or an issue with the neutral connecting to the bus bar.
