Transfer Switch
What is the cheapest, most compact, simplest transfer switch I can buy? It only has to switch 120V, 15 amps max.

Manual or automatic? For manual 15A 120v transfer switch you can use a regular household 3-way switch. They cost less than $2 plus a 25 cent box to put it in.
I'd upgrade to a commercial grade switch though, it will still be less than $5.
