Transfer Switch
What is the cheapest, most compact, simplest transfer switch I can buy? It only has to switch 120V, 15 amps max.

Absolutely the neutral needs to be switched! Otherwise, the normal RV circuits will backfeed current on the neutral line!
That is a very bad thing.
