Do Not do this, with any converter that has ripple in the output (old magtecs) etc
The filter will have the effect of raising the voltage
Great for battery charging from generator
Bad for any thing voltage sensitive
This is something I know from experience
The 25uf with diode at the heavy current motor a k a starter
It's ok
But stick that big audio hunker on the converter and you will create problems
