Transparent Waterproof Bag?
I need something hardy, disposable, reasonably priced, and salt-air proof. For electronis the size of a smart phone. Needs to have battery charged so an expensive wrap is not feasible. ¿Any ideas?

I have Pelican cases from "back in the working years". Including one that is cell-phone size.
Can't use the item while they are cased, but they are proof to about 100 ft of water.
