Trouble-Shooting Senior Moment

I had been re-configuring the battery bank and load testing by running lights and fans, when --suddenly-- the water would not run! Yipes.

Out tool box, poke around water pump, test fuses, check strainer. Nothing. I even took out the accumulator and joined its two water lines together to eliminate that as a possible cause.

Then, when restoring fans and lights to original, I noticed that when turning on the range hood fan and light, I had somehow hit the water pump switch.
  • Age....the Final Frontier.
No foul, you have it working and no one is injured.
  • Let me join the club. I've done more than enough things like this to qualify myself!! I'd list a couple but there are so many I can't choose!!
  • I've had my share of idjitiotic moments, myself. Like they say, "Old age come at a bad time."

Jim, "Over the hill? What hill? I don't remember a hill!"
  • See, if it would have been me, I would have done all of the above, cursed, then gone immediately out and bought a new pump, installed it and then discover that the switch was off. You're still ahead of the curve!
  • I qualify for this club. No doubt about it. that's all I know.

    Old and Slower and slower:S
