Hold the phone! You let the dealer have your new rig for 4 months? Never ever do that. And he doesn't know what the problem is? He clearly doesn't know what he's doing and probably has no intention to help.
Go to Arctic Fox and get good tech help. Insist on taking it to a good qualified shop - they are available.
I checked the Xantrex website for a 2000/4000 inverter charger and found none. What model do you have? Maybe a 2000W model with 4000W surge capability or something else.
