TST TPMS Flow-Thru sensors front tires???

Hi, I'm looking at the TST TPMS with Flow thru sensors that can be aired up without removing them from tire. The sensors look kinda large compared to non-Flow thru. Will I have to modify the front tire hub caps on my Class'A' MoHo (Ford F53) to use these sensors? If so, how?

    If the valve stems protrude from the hub cap then the sensor should fit fine. I have them on my trailer on the inside duals of my tow vehicle. There wasn't room for them on the aluminum wheels on the truck.
