- D_and_A_plus_6ExplorerAll I can say is WOW!!! They wouldn't like my set of 10--6" multi colored patio lights at all then would they.
I've been places that the clearance lights are on and the turn signals are also flashing, sometime separately. What trouble makers!!! Lol!!!! - NinerBikesExplorer

Seriously on some yellow amber and a couple of red lights? How much light do you think they put out? A campfire or lantern puts out much more. Or those light posts that people make and hand their plaques on.
I believe it comes down to using the lights for their intended purpose, so a vehicle can be seen at night by other drivers.
I view it as parents being lazy and irresponsible... and intrusive to others. Give your kids a GPS unit if you want them to be able to find their way home, and teach them how to use it. - NinerBikesExplorer

I use an automotive flasher......lugs are spaced correctly and slanted so they plug right into the correct terminals on trailer pigtail

Is that considered drunk in public? I think that would fit the bill of "Interfering with Others." in the legal sense.
Flashing lights are usually used for emergency vehicle situations or warnings. ie a "warning light" module. - Old-BiscuitExplorer IIII use an automotive flasher......lugs are spaced correctly and slanted so they plug right into the correct terminals on trailer pigtail

I guess someone leaving their lights on too late might be irritating if you're that packed in. On the flip side, it sounds like a great way for parents to ensure that their kids know where home is. Cut 'em some slack!

The answer is way too much! Having ones bedroom lit up with red and amber lights that are just a few steps away in inconsiderate. - NinerBikesExplorer

X2. Same goes for folks that think I want to hear their loud drunken raised voices after dark, or their outside speakers blasting what they consider music and I consider noise pollution.
I go camping to get away from all the trappings of the big city. "Leave the light on for ya" reminds me of a Motel 6 Commercial and Tom Bodett. Wrong place, wrong time. - wbwoodExplorer
