Been out... just getting back.
The shop pulled the hose off the turbo and I have pics of the blades. All are chipped on the leading edge and there are burn like marks on the case where it looks like the blades threw pieces. It seems to pull fine on the level, but any hill or at start up it just can't seem to pull. This is a reliable shop and they're convinced I need a new turbo. We chose to put it back together in hopes that I could live with the power level, but upon turning on Morgan Hill which I have to pull to get home, it would only hit 35 until it shifted up, then 45 until the hill got really steep.
I'm open to other suggestions, but feel that the turbo must be the problem.
