So, looks like something got through my air cleaner and chipped the leading edge on all my turbo blades... praying that none of it settled in my engine... but it's not providing enough boost to help m...

You can buy rebuild kits and do it yourself. Look in Cummmins-Dodge forums. Replace the air intake all the way to a new more efficient air filter.
