- YC_1NomadThe batwing with the wingman add on is excellent. A bit directional in that your beam is narrow. The Jack antenna has a wider beam and not as much gain but plenty and being able to pick up more signals without turning the antenna is a definite plus for me.

Got a reference to the disc antenna?
My best suggestion, is get a better antenna. Some of the antennas sold on RVs today are junk (Jensen, Kingman)
Tests, run by people on this forum that know what they are doing prove that the old Bat-wing, with the Wing-man add-on is the best RV TV antenna going.
I went with an external (non RV antenna) and it also clearly out preforms the Jensen that came with my RV. Even though it's a "small" home antenna (a disc sold by Radio Shack)
I use this DIY single array Gray-Hoverman antenna on a small mast. It works very well, plenty of gain. - n7bsnExplorerMy best suggestion, is get a better antenna. Some of the antennas sold on RVs today are junk (Jensen, Kingman)

- n7bsnExplorerA bit o background... I know more about antennas then 99% of the folk around here..
If you don't have a "booster" or "amplifier" adding one is going to help. Adding additional units is not going to help.
