I considered that, but wouldn't the tv also lose the audio if total power loss occurred? It only loses the picture. Also, wouldn't it also affect the 12 volt DVD player, which keeps working normally? I would think that as long as I am connected to the batteries, cranking the generator would allow the WFCO converted to make a smooth transition and should not affect any 12 volt device I am using.
