Also to answer some other questions.
Yes someone is living in it, but by throwing the circuit breakers I shut off all that they had going. Again the draw continues until the main breakers are off.
Yes, this will seriously effect me. A 160 watt continuous draw will deplete my power quickly when there are enough cloudy days.
