I assume the wattage goes to zero when the RV is unplugged...
So pull the four screws and pull the breaker panel out.
Then trace the main Romex back to the cord inlet.
Most likely possibilities:
Autoformer-voltagebooster
Surge protector EMS
Transfer switch
Any of these three can be bypassed until the usage changes.
