Unusual Incident With Honda EU2000 Eco Throttle

My unit does the same thing every now and then. It doesn't seem to matter what is plugged in at the time. High load or low load, it still misbehaves. Yet, if I shut it down and give it a coffee break, away she goes normally. Sometimes it may require a couple of breaks, but eventually it settles down again. I always mean to call the repair place and ask them, but never remember until the next time it happens.
