Check on-line for a manual that covers your brand/model of fridge.
It should have description/recommendation for routine maintenance
Or post your Brand/Model and someone will probably provide a link to the manual.
Generally
Clean/vacuum the backside area
Check for any fallen down insulation or obstructions that would disrupt the flow of air
Check wiring/connectors...clean/tight/any signs of overheating/burnt
Check burner area for rust/debris (I tap on flue to dislodge any junk and then clean out burner area if needed)
Check for any signs of water leaking in
