UPDATE: LRIM1201fridge not cold, freezer is
I know I have seen this before but several searches turned up blank.
Had similar problem almost 2 years ago while in the same place--it was a faulty thermal switch connection to the fans
2002 coach. Norcold 1201 LRIM in slide. Ambient outside temp is in the high 20s to low 30s C, around low to high 80sF
Freezers at or below zero F, -19C or so on the back wall
Fridge at mid 50s F,
Fins in Fridge at 36F, 2.4 C
Of the two fans in the back, between the upper and lower vents, one is not working.
I have placed a 12" 120VAC fan in the top vent hole blowing hot air out.
Little if any change in fridge temperatures since I did that about an hour and a half ago. How soon until I see some cooling, or will this in fact work.
IF it works, I'll get a couple of 4" computer fans and hang them in there somewhere.
Note: In southern Mexico again, not an RV tech in sight.
Thoughts or advice?
