Freezer should be BELOW 10 degrees. Your freezer is not to temp. Your refer also is not to temp. If your fans are not running, then the refer will not cool correctly. Turn the refer OFF. Then restart, IF the system is not operating correctly (fans inop or other problem) you will get a NO CO trip code. Post if this happens. DO NOT RESET and RESTART if you get the NO CO code. If you do and it throws the 2nd NO CO, you will have to have someone reset the main control board. To see if the fans are the problem, remove the outside access door and take a 120 voolt fan blowing UPWARDS from the bottom. If the refer cools corectly, your fans are the problem. The refer has to be pulled to troubleshoot and repai fan problems. Doug
