UPDATE, need TECH question answered:

Three minute fix maybe. Temporary at best: Jumpered the thermostatic switch, fans are running! Just waiting to see if the fridge will cool now the fans are running. I'm sure the freezer will--it did before. . .

QUESTION: How long can I leave the fans running without the thermostatic switch operating--ie fans on all the time?

Moisheh, (or anyone else that might know) am I likely to be able to find one of the correct range in Puerto Vallarta?
