When I replace a cooling unit and/or the fans, I always change the tstat for the fans. I also run a 2 wire down from the tstat so you can jump the tstat at anytime to run the fans. It also helps to diagnois in the future. You do not have to pull the refer to diagnois if it is a tstat or fan problem. IMO, anytime the temp is above 75 degrees, running the fans 24/7 is not a bad idea. If it is in a slide room, they NEED to run 24/7 regardless of the outside temp. Doug
