UPDATE Removing Sharp Carousel Micro/convection

Anyone out there that knows how to remove a Sharp Carousel MicroConvection oven from a 2002 Itasca Horizon? We're in southern Mexico so too far from an RV shop. I need to get it out to see if there...

Does he even have an overhead cabinet? We don't. Our Sharp convection/microwave is in the big slide and the mountings on top would have to be into the ceiling of the slide. Looks like you would have the top vent panel to get off and perhaps a small wood trim piece to get to any screws.
