While this is true for HOME installs, it does NOT take into account the extra screws RV makers MUST install to keep the Microwave from vibrating and breaking the wall mount off the wall. EVERY over the counter RV M/W I have removed and reinstalled in the past 20 years(HUNDREDS if not Thousands) ALL have those extra screws that will not be listed in the M/W install manual. Doug
