Are you talking about a dash mount or cabinet mount stereo?
A picture of your current stereo or model name would be a great help.
I believe you are wanting to utilize your internal speakers with the television, not true surround sound?
I would look on the Crutchfield website for ideas. You should be able to get a 12V stereo with auxiliary, USB and Bluetooth functionality that is IPOD compatible for between $100 and $150.
