Simple answer, get one 100 amp Battle Born lithium battery to start with and save up for a second one. Plan on changing your charger to take advantage of the lithium batteries higher charging rate and other characteristics. Lasts longer, charges faster, holds more energy than traditional batteries. Even though they are expensive, if taken care of you'll have the battery for years.
If you get a second battery, that might be a good time to increase your solar capacity.
The Battle Born website has a wealth of information.
PS: Yes lithium batteries are heat sensitive if you are charging them. But, if your in winter storage, they can just stay in your rig no matter what the temp, with almost no decrease in capacity. Just make sure you have a DC cutoff switch to disconnect everything.
My camper has been winterized since late October. I just checked my BB batteries using my Victron phone app. After 4 months sitting idle, the batteries are still at 13 volts.
