A single one of the 100 Ah Battleborn LiFePO4 batteries he recommends would be a fair match for your 160 watt solar array. He recommends 200 watts, but you are close enough. Given that that battery weighs 26-28 lbs, I wouldn't see it as a big deal to take it with you when/if you put the rig in storage.
Battleborn claims it is a drop-in replacement for a lead-acid battery, although clearly with some qualifications. That battery is next on my list for replacement of my existing lead-acid battery. Although it is spendy at $950, with proper care it should last many more years in service.
